All Reports and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” CNCTRAX makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Non-infringement
• Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data

We do not guarantee the future performance, functionality, or operability of any CNC machine.

4. No Warranty Disclaimer

By using CNCTRAX, you acknowledge and agree that:

• CNCTRAX shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages related to the purchase, operation, or sale of any CNC equipment based on CNCTRAX Reports.
• Decisions based on any CNCTRAX Report are made solely at the user’s discretion and risk.
• CNCTRAX does not verify or guarantee the truth or completeness of any user-submitted data.
  

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate machine information (e.g. serial numbers, specifications) during the report request process.
• Ensuring you have proper authorization to access and submit machine data.

CNCTRAX is not responsible for any inaccuracies resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or falsified information.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final.

CNCTRAX does not offer refunds once a Report has been generated and delivered, whether digitally or physically.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, platform code, and report templates are the property of CNCTRAX and may not be copied, redistributed, or modified without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

9. Modifications to Terms

CNCTRAX reserves the right to revise or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with the “Effective Date” noted. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
